Khartoon Weiss is Vice President of Commerce at Google. She is a global revenue and operating executive who builds and scales modern media businesses at enterprise level. 

Previously, as Vice President and General Manager of Global Business Solutions at TikTok, she oversaw a multi billion dollar revenue portfolio across 90+ markets and five regions, with responsibility for roughly half of the company’s revenue.

She joined TikTok when its commercial infrastructure was early stage and built the enterprise revenue model from the ground up. In their first five years, she led the organization to deliver 14X revenue growth while establishing durable global partnerships with the world’s largest agency and brands. She has led expansion into 90+ markets, structured joint business partnerships (JBPs) at global scale, and integrated product, measurement, commerce, and content into a cohesive commercial engine. The result is sustained growth, deeper enterprise penetration, and a defensible global operating model.

Prior in her career, as Global Head of Verticals at Spotify, she drove 31% year over year global revenue growth across 79 countries and built the commercial architecture that supported the company’s public market transition. At MDC Partners (now Stagwell Group), she added $1.4 billion dollars in new billings as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Client Officer, modernizing performance, content, and operating structure. Her earlier leadership roles at Mediacom, iHeartMedia, BBDO, Ogilvy, and Grey Worldwide established a track record of winning more than $1 billion dollars in new business, scaling teams, and transforming legacy media models into growth platforms.

Khartoon combines P&L discipline, global expansion experience, enterprise sales leadership, and product commercialization at rare scale. She builds operating systems that convert culture into revenue and innovation into predictable growth.
